There is a proud history of customer service dating back to 1966 when Ron Clark joined forces with Ford Motor Company. Ron Clark Motors is Lambton County’s oldest family owned and operated Ford dealership. Ron Clark started many years ago with the idea that if he treated his customers fairly and looked after them properly they would return to do more business. Many things have changed in the past few decades but this remains true. Ford Motor Company of Canada has bestowed its highest award, the “President’s Award for Excellence in Customer Service” to Ron Clark Motors 30 times. Only one other dealer in Ontario has accomplished this feat.
